How do I find the right size for my Xero Shoes?
Most of our shoes fit true to size, but some models may run small or large. We recommend checking the 'Sizing' tab on each specific product page for detailed fit recommendations and measurement charts.
What is the 5,000-mile sole warranty?
We stand by the quality of our FeelTrue® outsoles. If you wear your outsoles down to less than 1mm thick at the ball or heel of the foot, we will replace them for a nominal cost. Registration on our website is required.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 45-day return and exchange window for all shoes in 'like-new' condition. Domestic exchanges are processed with free shipping, while returns for a refund are subject to a small return shipping fee.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the continental US usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.
Are Xero Shoes vegan-friendly?
Yes, the vast majority of our styles are 100% vegan-friendly. We do not use any animal products in our glues or dyes. Please check the 'Features' section on the product page to confirm if a specific model is vegan.
How should I clean my Xero Shoes?
We recommend hand-washing your shoes with lukewarm water and a mild soap. Allow them to air dry away from direct sunlight or high heat. Do not put them in a washing machine or dryer as it may damage the materials.
