Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Print Your Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and secure it to your return package.

Package and Ship

Place the unworn shoes in their original box, include the packing slip, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
